In One Sixty we do cherish our tenants' safety!

 

Our submission for the subdivided works to the Buildings Department had been carried out by an Authorized Person and building works were done by a Class 1 Minor Work licensed contractor just to make sure they are fully comply with the Buildings Ordinance!

 

All we are doing is to make sure:

 

1. Subdivided units are located in residential buildings

2. Exit staircase of the buiding is accessible

3. 1 hr fire rated doors are used for flat entrance and all rooms

4. Width of the internal corridor is more than 750mm

5. The clear headroom of exit routes is more than 2m

6. New non-structural partition walls are with 1 hr fire rating

7. Thickening of the floor slab are within 150mm

8. Structural members (e.g. beams, columns, or strucural walls) are not removed

9. Windows are provided for natural lighting and ventilation for all rooms
